Whenever Tom or I sing "Baa Baa Black Sheep" to the boys, we say 'One for Mama, one for Da-Da..." instead of 'One for the master," etc. You can hear Dylan singing 'One for the Da-Da, one for the Evay, one for the Dougal..." So cute!

Evan's Idea of Cooking

Tom snapped this picture after discovering this culinary creation of Evan's:  Cat food cans and Halloween candy, covered in Cinnamon Sugar, in the microwave. Thankfully the kid didn't know how to turn the microwave on, since those are metal cans. Not sure if this was his idea of a tasty snack, or if he was making a feast for Dougal and Fergus. But as one friend pointed out, it was at least nice of him to put a paper towel down before making this mess! :)
 

Back to the Park

 

We had another unseasonably warm and beautiful day last Saturday so I decided to give the picnic and park idea another try, even though it had been a bit of a disaster back in October. This time went MUCH better, though. I remembered to bring the blanket this time and I parked near the playground so we could sit and eat and then walk straight over to the play area. The kids got along much better this time and they even held hands as they walked together from the car! (This made for a great photo op for Paparazzo Mama!)
